At Mom's Rug Studio, we craft each handmade rug with care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Quality Guarantee
Every rug is carefully inspected before shipping. If your rug arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos, and we'll make it right.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Since each rug is handcrafted specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on custom or made-to-order items unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please review your order details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your rug arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll send you the correct item at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Order Cancellations
Since we begin crafting your rug shortly after your order is placed, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your rug will be in production and cannot be cancelled.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We'll respond within 1-2 business days.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
